what to do?

I don't have access to my pictures, and I'm soooo disappointed! My parents regular computer is broken, so they are just using their laptop. For some reason their computer doesn't have the program necessary to access the pictures from my camera, and when we try to download the program it gives us some sort of error message. I have so many pictures to share. Waaaaaaahhhh.
