yep, Atlantic City, again

On Sunday night my parents told Tyler that they were going to take him to Atlantic City on Monday afternoon. My mom had to pick up a friend at the airport and unfortuantely she had read the time incorrectly. Not only was the flight due to come in about 3 hours after they thought, but it was an international flight that was very delayed once landing. Tyler was really excited and frustrated, but he was a trooper though and was well behaved during the wait. My grandparents even brought us over some cheesecake and provided distraction. My parents didn't get back to the house to pick up Tyler to head to Atlantic City until his bedtime! Since it was obviously too late to go to the beach anyway he got to wear his pajamas and they sang bible songs the whole way to Atlantic City. Upon check it they were informed that there was no longer a room left with separate beds, so they ended up upgrading them to a junior suite. Tyler was so excited with his "very own living room" with his "couch bed" and his own bathroom!

Unfortunately my mom's wheelchair broke so my dad brought him out onto the boardwalk by himself and they rode rides and ate soft pretzels. Tyler didn't get to bed until after midnight!

The next morning they continued to enjoy the room. Here is Tyler reading a map with my dad. Not sure why, but it's a cute picture.

Then they hit the beach before coming back home.

Tyler had a great time!
