Kindergarten breeze-through

Last Thursday Tyler had his "Kindergarten Breeze-Through" at school. He was a little anxious, but excited to meet his teacher and classmates, as well as see the classroom. We arrived and went to the classroom. He immediately met his teacher, although he acted shy and would barely give her his name. It turns out his teacher is a teacher that was working at the school when I worked there and we recognized each other immediately. The teacher gave a brief introduction to the group, welcomed them to kindergarten, and answered questions. Pretty basic. Then they got a chance to tour the classroom. Tyler was impressed with the size of the room, and the fact that there is a bathroom and water fountain within the classroom. Doesn't take much to impress him. He, very timidly, said hi to the one girl, Olivia, he had recognized from swimming lessons. He was then approached, separately, by two little girls, Mackenzie and Adele. As you can well imagine, this was the highlight of the day. Well, that and the pencil and name tag they were given. LOL.
